Discover the joy of woodworking in wood sculptor Anja's exciting six hour workshop, where you'll learn the basics of shaping and carving wood with a variety of tools.
Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, the skilled artisan will guide you through the process of using a beater and chisel or gouge to craft the shape of your creation. Next, Anja will walk you through rasping and smoothing the workpiece to perfection.
The chosen material for this workshop is linden, a soft and easy-to-work-with wood that's perfect for those just starting out. You'll be amazed at how quickly you'll develop your skills with Anja to produce beautiful and high-quality souvenir!
All tools and materials are provided, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Throughout this 6-hour workshop, Anja will offer you coffee, tea and soup or bread to keep you fueled and focused.
At the end of the day, you'll take home your very own hand-sculpted object, which could be anything from a beautiful abstract sculpture or a human or even animal figure. The possibilities are endless, and you'll be proud to show off your creation to friends and family.
