WORKSHOP DESIGNED FOR A TEAM: Participate in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.
Discover the art of bubble tea with Avital and Saskia in a fun and interactive workshop. Get ready to collaborate, experiment and challenge yourselves as you create your own popping pearls and assemble customised bubble tea drinks!
The workshop will start with a hands-on demonstration where Avital and Saskia will guide your team through the fascinating process of making popping pearls. Using a unique chemical reaction between sodium alginate and calcium lactate, you'll see the magic unfold as your pearls take shape. Choose from a selection of delicious flavours such as Mango, Strawberry, Lychee, Peach or Green Apple and personalise your pearls to suit your taste.
Once your pearls are ready, it's time to complete your bubble tea by combining your pearls with syrup, ice and freshly brewed green tea. Then it's time to taste and enjoy!
And as a special souvenir, each participant will receive a dishwasher-safe plastic cup to take home!

Note that for this workshop the artisan will come to you. Your location should be in within 60KM of Amsterdam. A relocation fee of 125 euro excluding BTW is charged.

Meet Avital and Saskia, the founders of BobaQtea. They started their business in 2023 with a focus on creating and serving high-quality bubble tea at festivals, events and private gatherings. What sets them apart is their fully mobile bubble tea kitchen, built on a large cargo bike, where they make and serve 100% vegan, freshly brewed bubble tea.
Avital and Saskia are dedicated to exploring new flavours and improving the bubble tea experience. They regularly develop and test new recipes and are proud of their signature popping pearls, which add a burst of flavour and a unique texture to each drink. You can enjoy their bubble tea or even attend one of their workshops to learn how to make popping pearls yourself.
