The workshop begins with a welcome from Ruth as she introduces you to her charming garden studio. You'll learn about Ruth's artistic background and her passion for stained glass. Safety is paramount, so Ruth will take you through the essential health and safety procedures to ensure a fun and safe environment for everyone.
Next you'll be shown a range of stained glass. Ruth will help you choose the perfect colours for your creation and give tips on how different shades can bring your design to life. Once you've chosen your colours, it's time to get hands-on and learn the art of cutting glass with precision. Ruth will demonstrate the techniques and guide you through the process.
To bring your masterpiece together, you'll learn to solder. Ruth will show you how to join the glass pieces together securely and beautifully, giving your decoration a professional finish.
Whether you're a complete beginner or want to improve your skills, this workshop is the perfect place to explore your creativity. With Ruth's friendly and encouraging approach, you'll leave with a unique piece of stained glass art.

Please note : wear comfortable clothing with flat covered footwear.
Due to the materials used, this course is not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. Very hot soldering irons are used when soldering the glass pieces together.
