Invite Lorenzo to your place and he will share his passion for making artisan gelato as well as bringing plenty of tasters along!
Your journey begins with an informative session on the history and process of making gelato. Lorenzo will guide you through the selection of high quality, locally sourced ingredients and demonstrate the churning process first hand.
Then it's time to roll up your sleeves and get into the heart of the action. With Lorenzo as your guide, you will embark on a hands-on exploration of the gelato making process. From selecting the finest local ingredients to mastering the delicate balance of flavours, each step is a revelation.
Lorenzo will bring the base pre made so all you need to do is churn, and experience the thrill of watching fresh gelato come to life before your eyes and of course, indulge in tasting the fruits of your labour. As a bonus, enjoy a selection of handcrafted flavours created by Lorenzo and his team.
Join Lorenzo's workshop for a hands-on experience that combines a celebration of taste, culture and the joy of creation.

Lorenzo will need access to tables and chairs, access to electricity and parking.Please allow 45 minutes either side for Lorenzo to set up and clear down.

His passion for food led him to specialise in making artisanal ice cream during the COVID-19 pandemic. At his venture, Brice Cream, Lorenzo prioritises local, high-quality ingredients to craft exceptional gelato. He is not just an ice cream maker; he is also dedicated to sharing his knowledge and love for gelato through teaching.
In Lorenzo's workshops, participants are invited to learn the secrets of authentic Italian gelato, offering a unique blend of culinary education and cultural immersion.
