This session, spanning several hours, offers participants an enriching journey through the therapeutic world of aromatherapy and energy healing.
The workshop commences with an introduction to Sophia's brand, renowned for its commitment to natural, holistic wellness practices. Sophia shares her insights and knowledge, providing a foundation in understanding the diverse range of essential oils and their benefits. Participants are encouraged to explore and select from an array of essential oils, guided by Sophia's expert advice on their properties and uses.
Following the selection process, the workshop focuses on the art of blending these oils. This hands-on experience allows attendees to create a unique, personalised blend, suited to their preferences and wellness needs. As part of the session, Sophia introduces the concept of crystal healing, explaining its principles and how it complements aromatherapy.
Participants are then guided to choose a crystal that resonates with their personal energy or desired healing properties. The culmination of this workshop is the creation of a 10ml crystal-infused pulse oil, a bespoke concoction that synergises the benefits of essential oils with the healing vibrations of crystals.
Additionally, all attendees are offered a 25% discount on products available on the day, providing an opportunity to further explore the world of natural wellness with high-quality products.

Prior to founding her business, Sophia's career spanned design recruitment and fashion photography. This diverse background provided her with a unique perspective that she brought into her entrepreneurial endeavour. Motivated by a desire to pursue her passion for skincare, she transitioned from her previous roles to establish her own small business.
Sophia's bright, airy studio is a reflection of her commitment to sharing knowledge and empowering individuals. She dedicates herself to educating others on skincare, fostering an environment where people can understand and control their skincare routines. Her approach is centred on helping individuals discover what works best for their skin.
