Explore the world of coffee flavours with this hands-on cupping workshop. After a quick introduction to the roastery and brand, and a health and safety briefing, participants will dive into the fascinating world of coffee tasting. Six carefully selected coffees from renowned regions such as Colombia and Ethiopia will be presented, each showcasing a unique array of qualities and processing methods like washed, honey, and natural. You’ll learn the professional cupping protocols used by coffee tasters to evaluate fragrance, flavour, and other key attributes. There will be plenty of time for discussion, with participants encouraged to take notes on their findings. Any questions will be answered, making the experience both educational and engaging. At the end of the session, you’ll take home a 250g bag of your favourite single-origin coffee, with a 20% discount on any additional coffee purchases made during the day.
