  • Meet Rashida, an experienced pastry chef with 16 years' experience in London's restaurant industry. 

    She will first give you a brief overview of her background and her commitment to using the highest quality ingredients in her creations.

    Then grab your apron as Rashida guides you through the workshop. You will start by learning about the ingredients needed to make macarons and watch as she demonstrates the mixing and folding techniques to create the meringue.

    Then it's your turn to follow Rashida's instructions as you prepare the dry ingredients and master the macaronage technique. Once your dough is ready, you will pipe it onto baking trays and learn the optimum baking times and temperatures for perfect macarons.

    While your macarons are in the oven, Rashida will show you how to make a delicious ganache filling, giving you the opportunity to choose from different flavours.

    Finally, once your macarons have cooled, you will wrap them up to take home. Each participant will leave with a box of six homemade macarons, ready to enjoy.
