Once the shells are ready, you'll make a rich, velvety vanilla Chantilly cream and learn how to seamlessly fill your profiteroles with this sumptuous cream. The next step is to create a dark chocolate sauce to drizzle over your finished pastries.

We had a wonderful time this Sunday with Rashida learning how to make profiteroles. I learned a lot of tips that will definitely help me in the future. She’s a lovely lady who loves her work. The atelier was clean and well organised. The results of our cooking absolutely delicious ! Thanks a lot Rashida we thoroughly enjoyed the moment
