WORKSHOP DESIGNED FOR A TEAM: Participate in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.
Gather your team for an unforgettable experience with Caterina, where you'll not only enjoy a delicious Greek dinner, but also get hands-on by preparing one of the courses together. It's the perfect opportunity to bond over food, fun and new skills.
The evening begins with a welcome drink and snacks while you settle into the kitchen. Caterina will introduce you to the ingredients and guide you step by step through the creation of a traditional Greek dish. With aprons on, you'll dive into the cooking process, using fresh ingredients and mastering the art of Greek cuisine. While your group focuses on preparing one course, Caterina will be busy preparing the rest of the three-course meal.
When the cooking is done, you'll all sit down to enjoy the feast you've helped to prepare, accompanied by wine. At the end of the evening, Caterina will email you the recipes so that you can recreate these dishes at home.
This workshop isn't just about cooking - it's about sharing an experience, building relationships and making memories as a team!

Caterina's journey from translator and writer to restaurateur is deeply rooted in her family's love of food. Growing up in a household where cooking was a cherished tradition passed down through generations, she absorbed the essence of Greek cuisine from her mother, grandmothers and great-grandmothers. Food wasn't just sustenance, it was an expression of love and culture that shaped Caterina's culinary skills from an early age.
Despite initially pursuing a career in education and languages, a moment in Amsterdam rekindled Caterina's passion for entrepreneurship. Inspired by her love of olive oil and a desire to share authentic Greek cuisine, she embarked on a three-year journey to create Olivity. Through meticulous planning and unwavering determination, Olivity was born, offering not only food, but a gateway to the rich cultural heritage of Greece.
Caterina finds joy in watching others embrace the process of creating delicious dishes and discovering the flavours of Greece. If you're ready for an authentic taste of Greek cuisine and a journey through centuries of tradition, Caterina is waiting with open arms and plates full of delights!
