Located in a stylish and inviting venue in the heart of Spa Terminus - nestled along the London Beer Mile, and home to a unique community of like minded traders and artisan producers, you'll work with the finest and most exceptional ingredients, experiencing first-hand Husk & Honey's commitment to quality and excellence.

Drawing from their expertise, your host will showcase the artistry and secrets behind crafting the perfect batch of granola, sharing their insights and techniques with you.

    It's time to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on. Mix and blend meticulously selected ingredients infusing each batch with your own unique touch. Throughout the workshop, no special techniques are required. Instead, the focus is on the art of ingredient selection, harmonious assembly, and the baking process facilitated by a standard oven. Industrial mixers and the skilled touch of your hands will be your tools of choice, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable granola-making experience.

    Our Saturday workshops run from 11am-2pm Please be aware that nuts may be present on-site.

    During the workshop, you will be invited to take a moment to unwind and savour a cup of tea or coffee.We'll provide you with a headband, chef jacket and apron for your class.

    Please wear comfortable closed toe shoes (trainers are fine), no high heels, short clean nail beds and you'll need to tie your hair back if long.
