  • Under the  railway arches in Bermondsey there is a hub of independent Food & Drink brands, and it is here you will find the Husk & Honey baking team. 

    Enter the best smelling bakery in the world and learn all about granola. This workshop begins with an introduction to the brand, their sourcing practices and ingredients, before you have the opportunity to taste a few of their flavours.

    Next, it's time to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on. Mix and blend your chosen ingredients from an array of fruits, nuts, kiln-dried oats, honey, quinoa, and cocoa nibs and more, to create your dream granola recipe. You'll learn how to prepare, mix and roast the ingredients and whilst the granola is in the oven you will each be given a map of the local area and other independent food producers to visit. 

    Take home a generous 2kg bag of your granola for a constant supply of delicious breakfasts, or just a snack!

    Our Saturday workshops run from 11am-2pm Please be aware that nuts may be present on-site.

    During the workshop, you will be invited to take a moment to unwind and savour a cup of tea or coffee.We'll provide you with a headband, chef jacket and apron for your class.

    Please wear comfortable closed toe shoes (trainers are fine), no high heels, short clean nail beds and you'll need to tie your hair back if long.
