While your focaccia bakes to golden perfection, Nicole will whip up some delicious sourdough pancakes for you to savor as a snack. At the end of this flavor-filled experience, you'll head home with your freshly baked focaccia and a live sourdough starter to continue your baking adventure!

Baker and Chef
Meet Nicole, Baker and health food chef based in Highgate.
Nicole had always loved cooking and in 2019 she started training professionally with a focus on plant based cooking. During the covid lockdown of 2020 she began selling bread from her home kitchen and still runs weekly deliveries of fresh bread and prepared meals in her local area.
Nicole creates a welcoming environment in her large and bright kitchen and her workshops are fun, hands on and informative. Participants of all experience levels are invited to join these relaxed cooking classes which all end with delicious treats!
